Raydiant Membership Details
Fees, Freezes & Cancellations
Membership Monthly Draft Date
- Memberships draft every 30 days from membership sign-up date until Frozen or Canceled. If purchased on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month memberships will draft on the 28th of the month.
Member Online Booking App Benefits
- Online Booking: Gain access to our salon app for easy self-serve online booking.
- Appointment Reminders: Receive timely reminders for your appointments.
- Account Management: View your account details and session history.
- App Quick Freeze Option: Utilize 1-month membership quick freeze option.
Membership Buddy Passes
- Eligibility: Buddy Passes are valid for new guests or for those who have not visited the salon for over 2 years.
- Redemption Options: Passes can be redeemed for either 1 week of Red Light Therapy or 1 week of Level 1 Tanning.
- Upgrade Option: Single session upgrades can be purchased to access higher level tanning beds.
- Referral Reward: When a Buddy Pass is redeemed, the referring client earns $10 in BareRay Bucks to use on future purchases.
Membership Freeze Policy
- Effective Date: A freeze will always take effect the day before the account's regular draft date.
- Freeze Duration: Memberships can be frozen for $5/month for up to 6 consecutive months.
- Freeze Fee Usage: The $5/month freeze fee will be added to your in-salon account when the membership is unfrozen and can be used on future purchases.
- Request Process: All freeze requests must be made through the chatbot or in the salon.
- Fee Drafting: The $5 freeze fee will be drafted on the account's set draft date.
- Unfreezing Membership: Memberships can be unfrozen at any time. Upon unfreezing, the client will be prorated for the remainder of the month based on the account's regular draft date.
- Cancellation Restriction: Memberships cannot be canceled while frozen.
- Draft Requirement: At least one successful draft is required between subsequent freezes and between a freeze and a cancellation.
Membership Cancellation Policy
- Request Timing: All cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the account's draft date.
- Request Process: Cancellation requests must be made through the chatbot or in the salon.
- Successful Drafts Requirement: Memberships can be canceled after 1 successful draft; All Access Memberships require 2 successful drafts.
- Forfeiture of Perks: Cancelling a membership will forfeit all earned account perks, including but not limited to in-salon account money (ISA), and any earned rewards.
- Cancellation During Freeze: Cancellation requests made during a freeze will automatically unfreeze the membership and require 1 draft before allowing cancellation.
- Outstanding Fees: Any fees owed must be collected in full prior to membership cancellation.
Decline Charge Policy
- Decline Fee: There is a $10.00 decline charge for any declines, regardless of the reason.
- Re-drafts: We will attempt re-drafts on any past due amount, plus the late fee, from payment method provided on account.
Chatbot Access for Freeze or Cancel Requests
- Access Locations: The chatbot for freeze or cancel requests can be found by visiting our salon SHOP either through the member-only salon App SHOP or the website salon SHOP page.
- Chatbot Location: The chatbot will be located in the bottom right corner of the page.
- Quick Freeze Option: A 1-month quick freeze ("skip a payment") option is available under the account tab in the salon app.
